In the scorching heat of India, the plight of large animals like cows, buffaloes, and bulls often goes unnoticed. Many of these animals, particularly strays, have no access to clean drinking water, a basic necessity for survival. Dehydration and waterborne diseases are common and lead to immense suffering. Through the Clean Drinking Water for Large Animals Project, we aim to provide consistent access to safe, clean drinking water to ensure the well-being of these majestic creatures.

Our Mission

To create a sustainable network of clean drinking water points for large animals across urban and rural areas, ensuring hydration and preventing unnecessary suffering.

What We’re Doing

Installation of Water Troughs:

We are installing durable water troughs in strategic locations such as public parks, market areas, and rural fields.

These troughs are designed to hold adequate water for large animals like cows and buffaloes.

Water Refilling Systems:

Collaborating with local volunteers and authorities, we ensure regular refilling of troughs to keep water clean and fresh.

In water-scarce regions, we are working with tankers to deliver water directly to these troughs.

Hygiene Maintenance:

Frequent cleaning of the troughs prevents the spread of diseases.

Our team monitors water quality to ensure animals drink safely.
